What You Should Know About Argan Oil

Posted in

Argan oil is a special kind of oil that is extracted from the nuts of the Argan tree. This tree is found only in southwest Morocco in an area that covers only about 700,000-800,000 hectares. Argan trees were first seen and reported in 1510 by Leo Africanus, the explorer. The tree belongs to the Tertiary age and over time has adapted itself to the diverse and difficult environment conditions specific to this area.
